I asked a blind man once (born blind) what he dreamed and he told me that he always saw sparkling lights in his dream, he couldn't dream with anything because he doesn't know how it looks like...

I have heard that paralyzed people dream that they can walk, so I would say that a blind person sees their own interpretation of colors in their dreams.

They dream different, because they don't know what the sensation of sight is like. They may dream in sounds and feelings instead of sight. Good question!

from what I've heard, if you are born blind you dream in sound. if you ever had sight you deam in both picture & sound.

Yes... they use their brains in dreams exactly the same way sighted individuals do when they're asleep.
