On what grounds for impeachment? There is nothing. WMDs were in fact found in Iraq, and everything he has done is 100% legal. Read the laws, not the New York Times.

Your Senators aren't going forward with impeachment because there are no grounds for impeachment. It's that simple.
You can't impeach someone just because you hate them. There has to be grounds. Real grounds, with facts. You can't chant "War for Oil" or "Bush lied and people died" and have that be grounds for impeachment.
And someone else mentioned an "armed" crowd marching on Washington. How ironic since the crowd that hates George Bush and Dick Cheney with an illogical passion is the same crowd that doesn't believe in a person's right to own a gun.

Do you even know how our government WORKS? First, to impeach a President, he (or she) must have committed a crime while in office. Whether you want to believe it or not, Bush has not committed a CRIME while he's been in office. Sure, he's lied to the American people about the WMD in Iraq, and about various other things and generally hasn't been the greatest president we've ever had. But if lying and ineptitude were grounds for impeachment, we should have impeached every sitting president since Franklin Delano Roosevelt!!!
Now, if you as an upstanding (obviously Liberal - which is not a bad thing even though I consider myself to be more conservative than Atilla the Hun) American Citizen want to start a recall initiative, that's your right.

So are a lot of other people profiting. All except the poor!
Profiting is an understatement! in many cases they are robbing us blind. Bush doesn't even have to account to the GAO where he spends the money for the war, for all we know it is going into a Swiss bank account!
Call them, hound them get petitions, write to news stations!
"I went to the Congress last September and proposed fundamental—supplemental funding, which is money for armor and body parts and ammunition and fuel."
—Bush, announcing an unintended policy position, at a Sept. 4 appearance in Erie, Pa.

You can't force your representatives to do anything. Bush and Cheney are not guilty of any crimes and therefore cannot be impeached anyway. The only option, if you are not happy with your representation is to let them know that and don't vote for them in the next election.

First, you have to get Bush to do something that is an impeachable offense. See, that's why they aren't cooperating with you (not "us"). They don't want to make fools of themselves like you are doing right now. And how could you criticize Feinstein--one of your own?

I wish there was an easy way but there isn't and unfortunately it has to go through Congress and that's just not going to happen. Not unless people stop kidding themselves and do something about it. Talk to your representatives til you're blue in the face. Write them but be sure not to threaten...that's never a good thing. Do your best to rally people together and let the higher ups know you're not happy and you're tired of the excuses. Thats the best I could come up with. It's naive I know but I don't see any other way it's going to happen

I want to know what you plan to impeach Bush for?
And keep in mind, impeaching a president does not remove him from office (see William Jefferson Clinton)

A coup in the government is the last thing this country needs right now. And if people rise up in an attempt to get a sitting president thrown out of office you would see the beginning of a civil war.
I for one would step up against the radical left if they attempted to overthrow Bush. You want to use force to take out my leader I will use force to take out yours. And since the right supports gun ownership and the left is against it. I would be willing to bet the left couldn't hold up in a fight.

If he was impeachable, it would have been done already. Only crazy extremists think he is worthy of such a dubious distinction. So, congrats on being a fringe element.
