Here's the correct answer. The sensor itself should thread into the exhaust right in front of the catalytic converter. The other end plugs into the wiring harness with a modular plug, towards the back of the engine.

I had a ninety six Ford Taurus and the speedometer end transferring on each occasion the radio fuse blew, pass verify. i'd a minimum of try pulling each fuse out of the field and checking it.
