In this movie a woman takes her baby and moves out to the country ( I think to get away from an abusive husband?) She buys an old house and fixes it up, then she starts making homemade applesauce for her daughter, which she starts selling at the local general store. She meets a man, who is the local vet, and she starts dating him. In the end she has to decide between staying out in the country with him or going back to the city where she can again be a businesswoman, with an offer to sell her applesauce commercially.
Also, I'm not sure if I am confusing this with another movie of a woman moving away to the country to get away from an abusive husband/ex-husband, who eventually finds her and she has to fight him??? I seem to think the two movies are the same but I could be wrong. (no the movie I am thinking of is not "Sleeping with the Enemy" w/ Julia Roberts, but possibly a similar plot)

It's Baby-Boom-with Diane Keaton..she inherited the Baby.
and there is not an abusive relationship, so you are confusing plotlines, but it happens.

The move is Baby Boom with Diane Keaton. The baby is actually her neice, she gets custody after her sister dies. She can't handle the baby and her career so she moves to the country and buys a house.
You are probably mixing it up with Enough, the Jennifer Lopez movie where she moves to the country and moves into a house to get away from her abusive husband. She has a young child in that movie. In the end she trains herself and goes to fight him.

Everyone's right it's baby boom. The baby is actually her neice and she gets custody after her sister dies (i think) and she finds it too hard to manage baby and booming career so she moves to the country and gets rich off her baby food. not sure about the other movie your mixing in there

I think that the one you're thinking about with the abusive husband is "Enough."
Or possibly any Lifetime movie ever made.
