Me and my friends still do it in honest jest and believe me..NONE OF OUR MOTHERS ARE EVER PRESENT! (ya momma or yuh mammy). but not in answer to questions...hmm...is this a new trend?
Sometimes my mom says it to my daughter just because I'm standing there and my sarcasm makes her laugh, so she'll say it just so that I can say something back. I dunno...I think it's hilarious at the right time.

people are just being stupid and trying to be funny and it doesn't work it just shows them that they need to grow up. And especially stop trying to make jokes because there not funny.

where I work
we have people ask the same questions over, and over again- all day long, I finally started answering them,
"your Momma"
it's funny when you hear the same stuff over and over and people won't listen to your answer- and they're not expecting it...
I think it's funnier than sayin "shut the F up& leave me alone"
damn! funny!!

no its not funny and its annoying but they say that because its a defence system launch by the brain to evade the question whenever the person feels threatend and cant answer the question...

It is a sign of immaturity that people don't have a better vocabulary to annuciate what they really want to say.
