I am very hard on men. I look for a man that has goals, and interests that exceed his normal routine. I like people who are interested in becoming knowledgeable about books, public issues, and concerns. Someone who knows right from wrong, and can make the best of any situation.
I do not like self centered people who do not care how the next person feelings. I like educated people, and also people who has a sense of humor. I do not enjoy back talking persons unless
there is a justified reason like Politicians.

Physically: having a cute face, hair and eyes helps, as does looking like you take care of yourself and want to look nice (hygiene, some sense of style in your clothing). Of course being a female helps as I am a predominantly straight fellow looking for a lady love, as does knowing how to look like a somewhat cute girly-girl female....
Personality: being warm, affectionate, and loyal. Being someone who knows what a friend is, and who is there for the people they say they care about. I mean, being a good neighbor you can talk to , laugh with and chill out with is a good first step, but it shouldn't be confused with the whole thing, it is *just* a first step.
And on a more intimate level with that lady-love, *lol*. Being clever helps....also knowing when to not be so clever and to just give in to your senses and passions of the moment also helps. But the main thing is just plain being an open, accepting person who is affectionate, compassionate, and who doesn't reject and walk away too easily.
Don't be someone who is a friend (or god forbid a lover) at arm's length. There are some pursuits in life that are NOT meant to be carried out in a calculating, distant and control-freakish manner, really.

Physically -Eyes are my thing. hazel,blue,green, almond, big brown ones .... irrisistable. also height im almost 5'5 so a guy cant be shorter then me... besides i like to wear heels now and then.
Personalitie- Has to be witty. i have a sarcastic sence of humor and love to joke around, so he can't take him self to seriously. Religious, motivated, with strong goals.
