It's kind of fun at first but NOT informative. I got plenty of pervertish messages from strangers and got tons of friend requests from these perverts. It was funny at first but then it just got plain nasty- some of them sent me pics of their private parts, EEEEWWWWWW. Anyway, I never approved their requests b/c it was just too weird...
I honestly got tired of it after a few months, so I changed my age to 14 so strangers couldn't view my profile or send me messages. Right now I only use it to send messages with my real friends.
When my profile was still accessible to public, my boss found me there- thank goodness I didn't post anything nasty (like comment or pics) b/c it would've been too embarrasing if she had seen that.
Anyway, I like Yahoo!Answers better... it's more interesting and educational.

Myspace is very new and popular so everybody is crazy about it. It does concern me that in most cases users share way too much personal information and it is almost impossible to ensure the safety of the information and for the users. I monitor my daughters use of myspace and I check very often to ensure that her account is marked private, but I am still concern about the safety of all myspace users.

I was the first person in my school to get one, but decided to delete it about 6 months ago. I just really got super sick of 14 year olds and fake "emo" kids and posers.
MYSPACE SUCKS.
Get a Facebook.
