That happens to me, too. I am a very nervous person, and the doctor said it is due to my nervousness that I cannot stay focused when asked a question.

I sometimes even have difficulty remembering what I was going to say to someone in a conversation (that's why I prefer writing to speaking).

I think it's psycholoigcal. You're being prompted and any is a pretty broad question, so the mind is thrown off it's train.

good query, but this one a psychatrist can answer better, hapens to me too, when you ask me to ask or say or answe anything my mind goes blank its normal.
