Headaches can be caused from many things. I had headaches CONSTANTLY turns out I needed glasses. Have your eyes checked! Even tho I could see prefectly fine they still found out that I have an eye thats weaker then the other and it causes my eyes to strain and causes the headaches!

Since you are stressing about things, that could very well be causing the headaches. Try learning a few meditation or calming techniques, and use them when you see yourself starting to spiral down again.
If you're at a job where you're at a computer a lot, it could be that you need to break more often to rest your eyes: That can cause some very nasty headaches too.
Another thing you might consider: Sometimes if I overheat and stay overheated for a length of time, I get headaches that I literally have to use asperin and ice packs on and around my head to knock out. I don't know if this applies to you or not.
If all else fails, a doctor should be able to advise you.

Of course there might be psychical causes as well...
Actually there is a solution - go for a manual one-time treatment called Atlasprofilax. The effect on the self-healing power of your body is simply amazing - own experience. :-)
Just - the treatment is available in California and Europe only, costing approx. 220 dollars. It's really worth travelling far.

You are better to consult your specialist doctor as soon as possible.Maybe you have something wrong in your head e.g sinusities. You must also manage well your stress at work. You must work easily without stress. If you encounter a problem at your work ask advice of your superior or your colleaque. You must stop to eat drugs without your doctor's prescription. You must take a rest adequately and drink fresh water only at least one and a half litre a day..If it is needed ,you take a vacation to get rid of your daily routine and boring activities..

I used to have that problem a lot, and it turned out that I was stressed at work and sometimes would scowl without even knowing I was doing it. And that sometimes would cause throbbing pain in my forehead. Also, if you work at a computer all day, it could be eye strain.

there are several causes for headache. some of them are eye sight problem, hypertension, sinusitis or migraine head ache. please rule out all the reasons. if the reports show negative, the cause for your head ache must be tension headache and you can get relief from doing Jacobson relaxation exercises
