34DD make it really hard to find clothes that fit right. Button-down shirts don't button, everything that fits in the chest is huge in the shoulders, have to wear a bra all the time. It's annoying. Do women who get implants realize how much harder clothes shopping will be?
But guys seem to really dig 'em.

No I am 36c and while I have no true complaints I plan to get implants next year I want DD's I am 5'9 and have the body for it :)

I'm happy with my 36DD, but i would love to have a breast reorganization...Put them back where they used to be!!
