Depends on why you want it. It's got muscle, but it's gonna be an older car so that means maintenance. If you know how to work on cars it should be fine. One of my good buddies had one. He sold it cause it took alot of his time and extra money. As fun as it was, he didn't really think it was worth it in the long run. But maybe you would.

It depends on what you are talking about if you like race cars the older novas were very popular. However in the 80's chevy came out with a little hatchback nova which to most was nothing more than a joke.

The Novas always looked good in the older models

but I never liked the handleing

The newer ones are OK I guess

Myself, I like the Nova, but sales were really low in Mexico when they first came out, Look up Nova in a spanish dictionary, it means , not running, imagine that.
