This is an unfair question in that I wouldn't judge Mr. Bush in this manner any more than I would you. I don't know either of you personally and I can't be sure if Mr. Bush or you are the person being presented to the public.

He is not very intelligent, as discovered through his own personal life and the comments made by his senior staff and wife. He is a liar. He claims to have a Texas good old boy background when in fact he was born and raised in Conneticut and attended Yale. He does not care for the big picture and is a useless politician.

If I knew him on a personal basis not just his public persona then I may have been able to rate him. If I did so now I would feel like I was making an uninformed decision about him as a person.

He is pretty high up there probably 8 or 9. Hes honest and lives a clean good life. The best way to find out what kind of man he is, is to ask his wife.
