It could be many things. It could be hormonal, you could be pregnant and many other things. We all have bad days once in awhile and that does not mean that crying is an unusual thing. You could also be reacting to the stress that you have going on in life.
Some questions you should ask yourself so that you can come to some conclusions. Is it that time of the month for me? Am I at an age where my hormones are changing? Could I be pregnant? Is there something that has been on your mind today? You need to look at the stressors in your life and see if you can identify any of them that could be leading to this. At times we react to things as we normally would not because of the type or degree of the stressor.
If this would continue, I would go see a doctor about it. I do not think that you have any mental disorder or anything because of this. I am just saying if it continues for over a good length of time.

Hormones...Its natural, all women go through it. But if it starts happen to often or if you find your self in severe mood swings talk to your Dr. you could have a chemical imbalance, and this can happen at any point in a woman's life, and be brought on by anything from food to malfunction in your own body.
Other symptoms to watch for include, headaches, change in appetite, fatigue, depression, unexplainable fits of anger. These symptoms can be a sign of more severe problems so definitely talk to your Doctor.
Stuff you can do if it is not so extreme. Avoid caffeine and energy drinks as they can give you sudden ups, and downs, and make sure you are getting enough sleep, and balanced diet. Also if you feel an episode coming on take your self for a walk to get some fresh air.

Emotions, and its perfectly normal. Everyone does it .. and I mean 'everyone'.
No one stays the same internally, always 'up' or always 'down'.
The smell of a flower can transport us to a quiet moment with someone we loved once, long ago.
An old song can remind us of riding in the backseat of a car when we were seven and the sun was shining and we had a hand-full of candy.
Looking at one object we can see two more that causes our mind to drift and recall thoughts long gone or never thought before.
When we become flooded with such emotions, just stop - like in deja vu - and live it for just that moment. Then, recognize that it is just that 'a moment', then move on.

Your 17. Your body is Changing. Crying is a healing process of our body's, learning to deal with stress even before you have any. Its ok
If you are pregnant then you better wait for your man to come home. otherwise, you will be beginning that alternative life I was saying in your other Q.

Sigmund Freud said the goal of therapy is to transform hysterical misery into common unhappiness...
Suffering is inevitable and emotion is energy in motion.
Sometimes we just have to let some out.

Maybe you are pregnant or are about to have your period. Maybe you have done too much ecstacy and now can't control your emotions. Maybe you are bipolar.
But really, I felt the same way. Up and down and up and down. I changed my setting, changed my routine, and started going out again.
Feel better hun :)

think of what happenned that very moment, something must have triggered that emotion. Next time that happens try to write down how you feel-maybe you'll find out why.
