Well, the best ones are the ones you come up with on the spot. Like if you notice something about them and comment. For example, nice necklace...or shoes and then go from there.
Now if it's cheesy you're looking for, then try this one.
If it's a girl, ask "hey, I'm really hungry, you wanna take me out dinner sometime?"
And in an ideal situation, she'll say "you mean you want to take me out to dinner?"
and you say, "okay if you insist."
