There's a lot I would respect in a woman:
Determined and forceful
Emotional and intuitive
Powerful and passionate
Exciting and magnetic
Adventurous and energetic
Pioneering and courageous
Enthusiastic and confident
Dynamic and quick-witted
Optimistic and freedom-loving
Jovial and good-humored
Honest and straightforward
Intellectual and philosophical
Generous and warmhearted
Creative and enthusiastic
Broad-minded and expansive
Faithful and loving
I know this is a lot to absorb and no one person is able to have all these traits. In fact, it's impossible. If I were to pick 3 must haves from my list, it would be 1.) Passionate, 2.) Determined, & 3.) Courageous. Of course, there is faithful and loving but that comes in time in a relationship and only through discovery.

If you are really asking "what I respect"...than there is only one way I can answer this.
Respect is something that is earned...no matter if the person is male or female they need to earn that. I just don't respect a quality in a person...I respect the whole person...if they earn it.
I respect their opinion...their mind...what they stand for and believe in.
Now...that are lots of things I admire in a woman that are given more freely...that is very different than respecting someone though.

Believe it or not I think most men respect loyalty. Guys respect girls that are loyal. If you were married and a guy ask you out and the answer is a strong "No". Because you are married, he has to respect that. If your husband found out that you turned him down because you thought of being loyal to him, he would not only respect you but it would make him love you more.

After reading Yahoo Answers for awhile, I'd respect a women who would stand up to an abusive boyfriend, too bad there are so few of them.

Their ability to forget the pain of childbirth. I promise you, if men had the babies there would only be 1 child per family. Men would never go through that again.

I respect a woman who sticks to her guns about not having sex before marriage. This is a way to find out if it's true love.

I value her faithfulness and her love for me a lot. I don't like arrogant women, and women who have no respect for their partner. I like cool and compliant women.
