i think u knew how to change your skin
maybe u mean how u can make a new yahoo skin
ok for doing this go to:
C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Shared\Graphics
in graphic directory make a new folder
the name of this folder would be your skin name
copy and paste contents of one anoher skins to your folder
for example copy all items of Indigo folder to your skin folder
no u can edit every thing
but ediiting the jpg, gif files u can change them to as u wish
u can edit them with some software with adobe Photoshop

Open your messenger box, click messenger in the top left corner, and go down to change skin. There's 3 colors to chose from. Just click your favorite and push OK.

i don't think u can actually change the colour but u can change the skin go to the messenger menu, choose preferences, then choose appearance from the list in the dialog box and from that change the skin....

messenger -> preferences -> appearance -> change skin -> select skin from drop down list -> ok

open messenger
then go to messenger----change skin
then select the colour

Yea, here are the steps....
Go to... messanger, change skin, then choose your color and click ok. there isn't that many though!
