I found an interesting article on WebMD about that, because I have a song stuck in my head 24/7. The only thing that makes it go away is listening to music or watching TV.
I currently have Black Eyed Peas stuck in my head, which is infinitely better than the American Dad theme song that I had one night!

listen to some good old Panic! At the Disco, Fall Out Boy or AFI. Then that stupid James Blunt song will get out of your head. By the way do you think James Blunt is hot? I do haha High's a good song.

start singing the disney song 'it's a small world' works everytime for getting other songs out of your head but understand once you start mind singing its a small world you will be stuck with it forever and even though you will sometimes forget about it one day out of nowhere at the worst possible moment the lyrics will come back to haunt you.

Look in the mirror while you sing. If you can't convince yourself then you won't want to sing it anymore. On the other hand, if doing this makes you believe even more then you will really have a problem. lol
