If someone appeared frozen or dead would you poke them or just walk over them.?

Happened to me two years ago - I was out for a morning run with a friend. We say a guy lying on his back near a car. We ran over, poked him, and said "Hey buddy, are you alright?" When he didn't move, my friend started CPR (he's a policeman) and I ran to find someone with a cell phone and call 911. Paramedics were there in about 2 minutes, but they were not able to bring the guy back.

It was a pretty weird, nasty situation, but I figure life (and death) happens, so I'm not too hung up about it. It was definitely the low point of the year for me, though.

I would poke them with a really long stick, very quickly, and I would jump back at the same time even if the body didnt move.

I like to think I'd at least poke them to see what's up, but more likely I'd ignore the person/body and keep on my way, unless of course it's someone I recognize.

I would poke them to make sure they're dead and call the police asap! It would freak me out.

If someone appears dead or passed out to you.. how can you just leave them there and walk over them??? How would you feel if someone does that to you..

I would poke them, you really shouldn't ignore dead bodies.

I would call the police and have them poke them for me.

i think of i'd call out to them and notice in the event that they might respond does no longer opt to poke somebody and that they have a knife or gun. and then in the event that they did no longer call 911first,then see if i'd desire to help them by any potential.
