Do you think it would be a smart move by CBS to acquire Sirius satellite radio having sold broadcast stations?

Satellite (both Sirius and XM) are grossly overvalued in the market today, considering how much cash they're both hemorraging. Unless they can get one heck of a deal, no, I don't think so.
