Because the choice was between two "wankers" and we had the unenviable task of trying to figure out which one was worse.

Are you a Brit asking Americans why George Bush was voted president of the U.S.? The answer was, he wasn't. The Supreme Court of the United States of America decided that contest.

What a bunch of pitiful liars you people are.

He was voted in, legally. Despite of algore trying to steal the election, despite kerrys lies and kerry taking the civil rights away from veterans.

All the evidence says the supreme court just stopped clinton appointed dishonest judges from breaking the law and stealing the election.

He hasn't lied to us like clinton and his cronys have. He didn't give our enemies military secrets like clinton.

Why don't you hateful morons try to build up the country instead of tearing it down all the time with your dishonesty and hypocrisy.

Because YOUR side gave me no other choice!

Think about this. That Wanker (your term not mine) ended up in the White House TWICE. And YOUR champion was told to go back to where he came from TWICE.

P.S. Why don't you leave your immature insults where you got them on the elementary playground..

We didn't. We voted Al Gore in '00. Kerry may have actually won in '04. But don't ask a conservative, they can't face the fact that the elections were stolen...even though they found proof in some districts of voter fraud.

We didn't!
The sad part is, and all evidence points to, the fact that Bush, his Governor of Florida brother, and many Supreme Court republican appointees actually helped him steal the election outright!
His counterpart in the 2000 presidential election, AL Gore, actually received the most votes in US history!
Pretty sad, wouldn't you say? Our country isn't a democracy anymore!

My question to you, assuming you are from the UK, is why are the people of the UK not parading the streets in protest of his partner in crime, Blair?
Americans can't seem to get their fat a$$es of of their couches to do anything of value here!

"I didn't" isn't a sufficient answer in my opinion. I didn't either. It's the 40% of America that couldn't seem to put down the remote and Big Mac long enough to go vote.

Americans did elect him- by being lazy and lethargic, as usual.

He wasn't voted into office. His little brother Jeb Bush from Florida claimed that a bunch of people were too stupid to vote right, and had the supreme court declare him president.

I Didn't. I feel he is bought and paid for by big oil/business. He is a lying hypocrite. He is totally disassociated from real people and their needs. He only helps the rich. He is trying to start some kind of world war. He is insane!!! Have I missed anything?
