This has has been going on for awhil. It isnt my sub or my amp. It is the JL 13.5 Sub and the e1200 JL amp. When I turn my stero on it works then a minute later it goes out. I looked at the fuse by the battery and it is fine. The amp is not getting power for some reason. Do you know what it could be why my sub and amp are going out!? Please help I miss my music.

1st of all-ur hot, 2nd-ask the guy who installed it.

OK.Start with checking all the power outlets on you power strip. If you have a mulit-meter find out if power is at your sub. Battery? Check it. I hope I have helped

my guess is you have a poor connection to your negative cable. unhook it from the boddy of the care and clean the paint from the surface. then reconnect tightly and you should be good.

ps. nobody can diagnose electronics problems with no details and over the net. see your installer.

check the ground wire on your amp, its happened to me, it may look fine but its possible that your not getting a good ground,

It is your power cords or the outlet to which they are plugged in.

check your connection for any cuts in the wire and the hardward
