OK, I'm not sure if I understand the question. I'm hoping you mean a band with a female lead singer, but the rest of the group is male...If that's the case I would go with either Blondie or Jefferson Airplane / Starship.

If you mean that the band was fronted by both a male and a female, I would say it was Jefferson Airplane/Starship, fronted by Gracie Slick with Paul Kantner and Marty Balin in (Airplane and Starship) and Mickey Thomas (in Starship only).
BTW According to About.Com, Fleetwood Mac is 2nd.
