Need to have scanned , see what code pops up, most likely lean condition, you've done just about everything else, lean condition would most likely be vacumn leak, but have scanned and see why light comes on, then you/ I can go further.....EMC? sounds like a a module but I'm not crysler cert. EGR would cause stall at idle, if stuck open, you need a vacumn reading at idle, should be above 18"vac, not an expert on your engine but I work with alot of motors, is your motor belt timed? i've seen them skip a tooth on timing, would give you those symptoms

Rough idle/stalling/egr code, contact your chrysler dealer for a bullatin concerning this issue.

If your out of warranty it wont be cheap to repair,it involves the replacement of valve springs.

This may not be the case ; but think of it as a fly in the ointment so to speak to check ....
the converter could be locked up ;I had it happen with a chevy years back ,I had to replace my converter to my transmission could not put it in drive it would always stall .
