yes i would, because when dating, its not always about the looks for me. looks are important, but if you two aren't a perfect match, or you guys just dont fit, i wouldn't go out with her/him. you can try and see what happens, that'll be the best situation.

Yes. It depends on many things. First, on the situation. Am I single? in a relationship? Married? I would turn people down if I were not single. Perhaps HE is not single.
Secondly, their personality. They might be good looking, but if they are rude or unintelligent, I would turn them down as well. Things like personal hygiene and smoking would be factors. What about sexually transmitted diseases?
Is he straight too?? Many good looking guys are Gay.
I would also consider Chemistry. If this guy bores me, what good is that? What if he's really clingy? What if we are looking for different things (long term/short term)? What if he is from somewhere else?
Reputation. Is he a player? Have my friends dated him before? Does he have a small penis???
YES, there are definitely times that I would turn down a hot guy.

It depends on the situation if I would turn down a hot guy or not. Well, first off, he wouldn't be talking to me to begin with. And, secondly, if he has a suckish personality, what's the point?
