The company is fairly large and the jobs are similar (all marketing) and all seem to match my background. All the resumes are sent to the same place through the company website. Will it hurt me or help me to send in my resume for all of the positions?

It wouldn't hurt, but make each cover letter and/or application slightly different so no one thinks you're "blasting" your resume.

Depends on the company, but unless they tell you in the posting to only send one resume, I'd send it for all of 'em. They may go through HR, but may be routed differently. Better yet, try to find out who the hiring manager is, and send a resume to his/her boss!
