i love rock, it is all i listen too. i kinda always thought most people listened to at least some rock, maybe i am wrong

rock is the most addictive and listened to genre in Music. It's been around for a long time. It's shocking that rap comes in third after country. People say that Kurt Cobain and some other rap star killed rock in the 80's and 90's. Haha right. Rock will never die it will keep on living forever and forever. So screw your friends. They don't know what's good. I'm listening to Panic! At the Disco "Lying is the only fun a girl can have without taking her clothes off". I love that song. haha

What are you talking about? music all ways comes and goes in waves and whats hot today will be gone tomorrow. But if you look at the top 100 sells list, there are about the same amount of rock, rap, country Cd's. On the list is 36 rock CD. All so this is the wrong time of the year for rock Cd's to come out. Wait till late summer for the next wave to hit the stores. Then rock will be back on top again. :)

What do you mean? I love rock. I mean real rock from the 50's through the 70's. (And some 80s and 90s) But honey, you can't seriously think what you're hearing on the airwaves today is actual rock. Simple Plan? Nickelback?
And BIFFERD you don't have to be old to have a conscience.

I dont like Rap. Everyone likes different things. I dont like the sound of rap. I like rap metal like ADEMA. I cant stand the lack of guitar. Not a huge ALL BASS. I am not a fan of the ryhmes.
People dont like rock because
A) too loud
B) cant understand words during screaming
c) they are old and associate it with drugs and sex and bad things
D) they are jealous of rock stars
Sure it can be confusing and frusterating if you cant tell what they are sayign and all the music sounds jubbled up. there is alot of good rock. not all bands are the same.

I like rock just fine, I know many people who like it. Most of the people I know hate rap. Which by the wording of your question is what I am guessing you listen to. Learn how to speak please!!!

I think the majority like rock music, since that is usually the most played music genre on radio stations. There are different versions of rock, but it plays on the vast majority of stations out there.

most people love rock!!! i dont know what your talking about cause rock is the most listened to genre of them all. you just have friends with different tastes. at my high school a ton of people like rock...some artists even 20-30 years older than them. im listening to MetallicA right now

It's just people's own preference I guess, but me personally, I love rock. I'm a rocker chick. It allows me to relieve stress when I've had a bad day. I just blare some rock music and rock out and when it's done, I feel better.

i love rock a lot,but some rock really suck.some dudes just decide to go crazy,dress strangely and the only outlet is rock then it becomes a cult and they are extremely disorganized and call that rock.well it's not.it gives rock a bad reputation.rock is quite good music.

That is actually a common mispensepsion. 62% of the world perfers rock over other kinds of music. Surprisingly rap/hip-hop comes in at third(right after country).
