The first question is, how much do you wanna lose. I lost 30 pounds, but it took about a year and a half. That is the healthy way by most medical standards. So in two weeks, its alright to maybe lose at most like 2 pounds. Losing weight healthily is a long commitment. I suggest a healthier diet and more excercise.

Do cardio and watch what you eat. People say to stay away from breads but if you do wheat toast that's good for you. That three day diet sounds good that someone else answered for you. If you can walk 3 or 4 times a week for about 30-45 minutes. You need to get your metabolism going. eat as much as you need throughout the day in snack size portions, like fruit or veggies, yogurt and healthy things to snack on and STAY AWAY FROM FAST FOOD

work out and bring your calories down alot so if you weigh 160 than you should have about a little under 2000 calories but if you take your weight and multiply it by 13 that is how many calories you take in a day so if you wanted to weigh 135 than you would have to take in about 1755 calories every day

This 3 day diet is good, u can lose 5 kilos a week if its followed correctly
DAY 1
● Breakfast
Half grapefruit
1 slice toast, 2 tbs. peanut butter
Black coffee or tea

Half cup tuna, plain

Walk as long as you can everyday, drink NOTHING but water. Even if it's hot walk because you will sweat a lot.
