What causes a man to ejaculate (aside from wet dreams)? Does it mean that he has had an orgasm? Can you ejaculate without having sex?

You don't need an orgasm to ejaculate, and you don't always ejaculate when you have an orgasm. Like any physiological process, it is triggered by nerve impulses travelling between the brain and the affected organ. The impulses can be artificially created as a reaction to certain drugs, to physical trauma, to mental stimulus. There is a cascade threshhold for each person, and once that threshhold has been reached, it triggers the whole cascade effect of hormones and nerve impulses that lead to ejaculation and/or orgasm. Not every person has the same threshhold. The largest sex organ in the human body is the brain. Our brains can do wondrous things, including triggering an ejaculation without sex.

A man ejaculates when he haves an orgasm. He can ejaculate from other things such as getting head or masturbating. If he ejaculated just from kissing, he might have something, and should consult a doctor. Nothing to be worried about. But just to make sure. If this doesn't happen again just put it as, he was very happy to see you.

Ejaculation is related directly to stimulation either physical or mental. Most men cannot ejaculate without one or the other. Ejaculation is the product of orgasm. It usually involves some sort of physical contact. As far as having ejaculate without sex, the other method would be masturbation.

Its like a sneeze through the penis. Premature ejaculation can happen to some boys if the wind is blowing in a certain direction.
Solution stay away from all boys until you are at least 33.
