I enjoyed Nirvana for their innovative style during their hayday they were the best around. Blink-182 is more dynamic but there are here to appeal to today's generation and Nirvana unfortunately is not.

Are you serious? Blink 182 sucks. Nirvana is one of the best bands of their time. You are crazy for even comparing these bands. Throw your Blink cds out, you are gay if you listen to Blink 182.

Nirvana. But here's why:
Nirvana came on the scene in 1991 with their album "Nevermind". This album single-handedly became responsible for grunge music. It was a turning point in music as we know it today. Nirvana was the "father" to bands like Blink182 (in my humble opinion). It allowed (and still allows) these bands to create new generations of lovers of grunge/punk.
Kurt put it best in "Teen Spirit":
I'm worse at what I do best
and for this gift I feel blessed
our little tribe has always been
and always will until the end
RIP Kurt.... you are missed not only by those who loved you, but by those who have YET to love you!!

i personally like Nirvana, but i still like Blink.
