Anyone know of an attorney on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio who will take payments on a divorce filing?

I met with an attorney yesterday but we can't get started till I come up with the filing fee and his retainer. Any suggestions? Thanks

Also look in the yellow pages and call and ask if they will take payments or use a sliding scale. Legal aid is a good option. Even if you don't qualify, ask them if they know of attorneys who would be willing to take you on. Many times they will give you a name or 2.

I don't know if you have something like a legal aid office. You can check the paper.......sometimes lawyers will give you a set fee for divorce papers and filing.
