first off they are called the Magus sisters and its quite simple if you are at a high enough level. Just change into the special dresspheres(if you have them) and go all out on them...

The Magus Sisters are irritating. Here's what to do:

Have one person be a white mage, she should have at least Cura, Ensua, and Dispel.

Have another person be a Dark Knight, Black Sky works great but if you don't have it, regular attacks are good too.

Give Rikku the "Unerring Path" Garment Grid, with White Mage and Dark Knight Dressspheres. equip the White Mage Dresssphere.

When the Battle starts, switch Rikku from White Mage to Dark Knight. Now let your white mage continually cast 'pray' while you Dark Knights do the attacking. If you start having trouble keeping you party in good spirits and you've been attacking for a while, use Rikku's 'Machina Maw' Dresssphere. Use it's shockwave or (if you have it) Rajah constantly, while one piece contantly heals. If Machina Maw fails, quickly revive Rikku and use Cura to bring her back up. Swich her dresssphere and use Machina Maw if necessary. If one of the uses that move the gives them NullAll and increases defence, knock it down with Dispel. They should dies shortly.

Anima is nowhere near required. In the PAL version, Anima is straight overkill for the main story. You can get back into every temple once you get far enough in the story, except for Bevelle. However, you cannot complete Bevelle during the storyline without using the Destruction Sphere, so you don't have to go back there to get Anima anyway. You don't need to get the treasure, just use the Destruction Sphere in that temple.

It depends on what you Characters are trained in. one of the best way is to take one out as soon as you can or they will do a huge attack that is just a pain to heal your characters after it. the best way is to focus the attracts on one at a time and take them out one by one.
