it's ignorant to call some one else's values stupid. why do you care what someone else eats anyway? how do you know what was put here to eat and what wasn't? people are here. dirt is here. rocks are here. should we eat everything? by the way, i'm not a vegetarian either.

Check out some biology sources and study the digestive systems of meat-eaters versus plant/fruit eaters (I presume you can read some words maybe a little bigger than 'hipacrits'). You'll find that our digestive tract (presuming that you're of the human species) is designed to process vegetation, not meat... being so long as it is, the purpose is to better enable us to get all the nutrition possible from plant/fruit foods. A much shorter digestive tract is found in meat-eaters, so as to help avoid the rotting or putrification of meats in their innards.
You suggest that animals were "put" here to be used and eaten by people like you? Who was the zookeeper that did THAT and told YOU to run around eating their them? "USE" them?? Ummm... do you mean that you uh, gratify yourself with the poor little furry animals? YOU'RE A SICK-O!
Oh, guess what... vegetarians don't think plants aren't living organisms-- who told you that one? The zookeeper?

Where did you get the research that shows that vegetarians are not as bright as omnivores?
We have the teeth that is neccessary for eating meat, so this suggests that we are 'designed' for meat eating, nothing else. As for being the top of the food chain, maybe you should tell that face to face with a lion or shark. You also presume that we are here for a reason and that the animal kingdom is also. We differ from other animals in only that we have evolved this way. Plenty of time to go the way of the dinosaurs leaving a power vacuum to be taken over by who knows what.
As for your question - it is poorly researched, poorly written and spelt and, to be honest contradicts the whole point of the question (unless of course you are vegetarian in disguise!) Not a good advert for carnivores.

Me, I LOVE meat. I eat meat every day. But if you were a vegetarian you would not be asking this, but the opposite. Being vegetarian does not necessarily mean they are stupid. It means that they think another way. Lets say, some people have pets and are vegetarian and some are not. You might meet a vegetarian who's the smartest person in the world. I agree with you that animals were put here for us to eat and plants are living things but I know alot of people who have tons of plants in their house and are vegetarians and other people who have tons of animals and are not vegetarians.

Animals were not put here for us to eat. They are just as important as humans. Humans aren't that superior. We're all pretty stupid.

What makes you think that you have anymore right to live then any other living thing on this planet? Honestly if you think that animals are only on this planet so that you can stuff you fat face then your so stupid! Animals are here to survive just like everyone else only they would have lived a lot longer if human kind wasn't such idiots who are all gonna blow the world up with all these nuclear weapons! Honestly! why don't you go out in the wild and have a lion go after you then say that you should eat it it deserves to eat you!

how do you know they were put here to feed us? i'm just saying, they wouldn't resist being killed if they didn't want to live. why don't you eat dogs or cats? that's right.
i'm not sure if plants have feelings(just kidding it's been scientifically proven that they don't) but if they did have feelings, we eat them because you actually do need to eat them to survive. You don't need to eat meat to survive.
another thing: we vegetarians are realistic enough to know that us not eating meat won't save that many lives and probably hardly makes a difference at all. but why contribute to something you don't believe in?

it seems that all the evil corportions care about it the money, not the health and safty of the americans. Its just another way for them to kill you off, population control. Fast food, cell phones, almost everything sold in a conventional grocery store contain ingrediants that will kill you. Its a concept developed by the goverment. The meat industry is cruel and unsanitary. They allow animals to be processod for consumption even though they have horrible cuts and infected wounds. If you plan to consume this food that is produced and sold in the store then you should plan on your funeral ALOT sooner than any vegetarian.

They're not stupid, they make different choices, and that's not stupid. With all the hormones and chemicals and the diseases that come from meat.. I think I should become a vegetarian. I can get just as much protien from 2 tablespoons of peanut butter as a steak.. and no hormones or mad cow disease.. might be a good idea.

Animals were put here for us to eat?? That's a very creationists view. I'm not veggy, (mostly because I lack will power). Plants are a more efficient use or our land and reduce CO2 in the world, therby making our world a better greener place to live.

A lot of vegetarians feel that although it may be natural instinct to eat meat, we are evolved enough to know that killing animals is unnecessary in this day and age, or that taking the life of another living creature is wrong, not matter what the purpose.
That being said, please pass the burgers.
(Oh, and it's "hypocrites", not "hipacrites")
