If the Orioles trade him, I'll be disappointed. They are the team i pull for from the American League, and all they really need is some starting pitching, and trading their best offensive player could bring them that, i do agree, but they could also trade somebody else like hernandez, roberts, etc for starting pitching and still have the best SS in the game on their team.

I didn't know the Orioles were looking to deal Tejada.

They might trade him to the Giants for Omar Visquel. Both are all-star, veteran short-stops. Though, Tejada is probably more expensive. So he'll end up staying where he is.

I think that his high price tag is causing him not to be traded.
