Um, I wonder if the guy who gave a baseball answer is kidding.
Anyway, I actually predicted that Chris Paul would win rookie of the year last year before the NBA draft even started. But, last year that wasn't such a big deal, because a lot of people predicted him to win it. This year, it's a little trickier and will depend a lot on what situations players end up in. Brandon Roy is the most NBA ready, which gives him a clear advantage. Adam Morrison is competitive and intense enough to put up big numbers in the right situation. Randy Foye or Rudy Gay are in the same boat.
I'm going to say that Brandon Roy wins rookie of the year. In my mock draft, I have him getting traded to Houston for Shelden Williams (8th pick) and Luther Head (that's a big rumor that's floating around). Roy would be the third option there, which would be ideal for his skill set. He'll be used in a variety of different ways and should get a lot of open looks with Ming and T-Mac commanding much of the attention.

Philthy: LOL, i'm assuming you're talking about the person that picked Staal. that was not a baseball answer, it's a hockey answer! ahha...and that deal between the hawks and rockets is gone.
anyways, a lot will depend on if they start right away or not. I think foye will be ROY because he can do it all. he kind of reminds me of d-wade in how he plays and competes. plus, it seems like guards have an easier time adapting to the nba game. roy will be runner up

newcomers are not undesirable for keeper leagues, so i'd take Ryan Mathews over Shonn Greene. Ryan provide over Ryan Matthews, besides the undeniable fact that. between Ryan provide and Roddy White, for myth factors, i imagine Ryan provide will be a much better concept. listed lower than are the 2009 information: Ryan provide: 1253 rushing Yards, 11 TDs Roddy White: 1153 Receiving Yards, 11 TDs As you'll discover from the stats, Ryan provide is the better %.. strong success!

Shelden Williams. He is the most NBA ready player in the draft. He is a blocking machine, and got 2 steals/game in college. He also has a good post up game.

I think Adam Morrison or Brandon Roy will because they are polished players and will go to teams that will need them to play immediately. Sleeper could be Randy Foye, Ronnie Brewer, or Rudy Gay.
