When I was at school I had a very good friend who all of a sudden turned into a complete B****h. I tried to remain friends with her but couldn't wait to finish secondary school. Even tried talking to her and other friends about the problem but to no avail. I joined a swimming club. Made brill friends through this and found that swimming was very calming for me. Maybe join a club or something you have an interest in and cut this girl out of your life as much as possible.

Nothing. Right now there is NOTHING. I am strung so tight I twang at unexpected moments. I find myself flinching when people make sudden movements......
