I doubt it! As long as you put on a little and if it irritates your eye then dont but if you feel fine after a whole day of wearing it go ahead and i irritation comes just stop!
hopefully your not using a cherry red though!

Technically, yes, because the eyes are a lot more sensetive than the skin around your lips. The ingredients in eyeliners contain less known irritants than lip liners. That being said, if you personally don't have a reaction to the lipliner, then go for it.

No, but the the lip liner may smear due to the creamy texture for the lips. Eye liner has a courser texture than lip liner.

I wouldn't recommend it. Lip and eye liners are formulated differently, and your eyes are much more sensitive than your lips. However, if you do make sure to completely sharpen the pencil before switching back and forth between lips and eyes as to not spread any germs.

Probably being that it's called lip liner, it's purpose is to be used on the lips.

No, I do it all the time. Sometimes nobody has the colour I want in lip liner so I just do the same as you. It's no big deal.

Being a guy, I can't say for sure but I assume that
both products have different ingredients that affect
how they work.

This means the lip stuff may have a substance that
contains an oil or moisterizer. The eye product would
not have this.

When you interchange products, the results could be
dangerous depending on the contents.

Um... I think that they are both made out of the same thing... and if they're not I am sure that it could not be THAT bad...

But you should prolly just use eye liner for eye liner
