Arrogance (it always works people get interested as an unsolved mystery)
Attitude
Act like you do not care... You never show you interest in nothing in no one... That is tremendously effective to get people attention and family attention as well...
Yeah!, I know sound stupid.. right... try it seriously.. you will see it is not a stupid as it sound, and it is a shame that been a good guy will not get nobody´s attention.

Great question...the answer is trickier. It depends entirely on who or what attention you are wanting. If you are two (really intelligent 2 year old) and want something...scream. If you are ten and want something...ask your grandparents. If you are 16 and want some attention...make mature decisions and help others. If you are 29...work out, get a great body and wear skimpy clothes. If you are 40...yell at your kids. If you are 60...change your will. If you are dying...pray.

It depends on what kind of attention you are trying to get. All that I can say to that is , be careful what you ask for, all attention isn't good.
