Does anyone manufacture a cushioning layer for the bottom of glass bottles to prevent breakage if dropped?

Well, there's those foam sleeves you can get at the beer store and elsewhere. They are stretchy foam material, with a zipper, and they fit really snuggly over glass bottles. They are for keeping the beer cold, but they also stop it from breaking if dropped.
