I hate to think that a woman's most attractive triat would be her beauty but it is the first thing that catches someones eye. In the end it's acctually the same thing, they exude confedince. A strait back, squared sholders and great eye contact. Then followed up with a good personality.

You started with a false hypothesis. Beauty is not what attracts people to a woman. It may initially turn heads, true, but what keeps them there is her personality, her being, her charm and her inner soul. How do women in their 60s and 70s, when the head-turning beauty has worn off, still attract their mates and other people? Why did Katharine Hepburn (look her up) and Joanne Woodward and others of their ilk still amaze men into their 70s? It was their being, their soul, their confidence.
A man can do this by how they treat others. How they treat a woman; how they treat a waiter or a busboy; how they tip a valet; how they treat their mother; how they dote on their wife; how they adore their children.

Of course, there are those really gorgeous guys that walk in the room and every girl wants. Everyone is different on how they would want their guy to look. Some girls like that thug look and some preppy. It all depends on the girl, but mainly I think a good personality does it for us. A man's personality - of course! But if he wants to turn heads when he walks in a room then that's a visual question and he will need to look really handsome and dressed to kill.

Definately his eyes. Eyes with contrasting, beautiful hair (beautiful meaning healthy and works well for his face type and such). The way he walks definately tells a lot about his attidude. Don't be cockey and stupid, don't be overly romantic or use dirty jokes unless a girl starts them with you first. Smile with confidance.
Oh yes. Can't forget style. Definately needs to know how to dress himself.

I think hair and eyes. Dress nicely but not to the look of your trying too hard. I wouldnt worry cuz frankly u should want a girl who likes you for who u r!
