Unfourtunately, no. The Mets may be the NL representative, the AL is has far too much depth. The Redsox simply do not have enough pitching depth. Big Papi is good, but he will not be able to have a walk-off hit every night. My pick for the AL are the Chicago Whitesox. They have great pitching and a powerful offense.

No way! Red Sox suck! They're not getting to the World Series. They're not even gonna make it to the playoffs! Yankee's rock and are going to win the American League East. Then the Wild Card is going to go the Tigers.

I'll buy the sox half. I'm not a big mets fan. And if they beat the sox I never will, but they're ok, because I know the sox can win.

I think this year with their ultra strong ofense decent defence good startting pitching and great bullpen but its either cincinatti or houston in the world series!
