We used to be much hairier creatures than we are now... over time we have become ashamed of our nakedness and started wearing clothes. This allowed us to live in climates that our bodies alone would not have survived in, and we have adapted to wearing clothes, and have become less hairy over time, depending on your genetics. But without clothes, we could not survive in climates such as Scandanavia, and parts of Canada. Because of the use of clothes, we can adapt to a lot of weather changes and keep ourselves from getting ill.
We can't be born with clothes, sorry... that just can't happen.

Well there are so many reasons. Most people believe that we must never show our private parts unless it's being shown to their significant other. For women....I personally feel that their vagina is the gateway to their souls. I you advertise it and flaunt it around then you have no respect for yourself. You must treat your body with respect and others will respect it in return.
Another reason would be because of Eve (Adam & Eve) eating the apple resulting in them being kicked out of the garden and being punished with feeling ashamed (private parts) & not being able to live for eternity.
There are so many.....but me personally, I love walking around my house naked. When I have company I MIGHT put something on but for the most part my home is my comfort zone. If they don't like it, don't visit. LMAO

Hey everyone, let's play nice, here...and fair.
Our jobs, here, should be to provide logical answers based upon realistic evidence.
So let's try and be helpful and provide analysis to a real question about how we behave; in this case, why we wear clothes.
For those of you who are NOT trying to provide quality substance, please refrain from answering with anger and other such nonsense. (reference "morenolover2", above)
This is a question which should make all of us think about how we behave, what we've been taught, and what politics and religion have done to setting rules by which we behave. So contribute by giving answer that can be helpful and gives us all clear understanding of behavior we humans have in wearing clothes.
And, maybe it can help all of us to envision methods of making our behavior more 21st century.
