I do not know President Bush enough to say whether I like him or not. I approve of some of his policies, but I really take issue with how he addresses scientific, environmental, and education concerns. I think he, or his advisors, have made a train wreck of public and international relations by the ways in which they communicated their intentions with regard to Iraq. I do not know enough to say I would not have gone into Iraq, but it sure seems he made some mistakes in how he explained his actions.
I do not want to be President, even though I think I could bring some things to the office that it needs. My contention is that anyone smart enough to be a good President, is also smart enough to know they want no part of that. With the media pressure, the incredible stress and demands upon one's time, and the lack of privacy, it must be an incredible and arduous task on a daily basis.

YES. This is a difficult time in the U.S. A decade ago, I would have never voting Republican or much less understood their thinking. Unfortunately, the Democrats (aka lefty celebrities) have turned our education, economy and morals into a free-for- all loony circus. Please tell me that there is a Democrat out there that is not a Republican in sheep's clothing. Have you seen any true Democrats? NO, just the ones that give us bad names. Sit and complain. No answers.
Sadly, I believe that everyone is blaming President Bush for a country that suffered from poor leadership and void of principle for politically correct popularity. It is what happens when parents let children take over it. It might be fun for awhile, but grumpy Mom or Dad will have to come or the house will fall.
I think we should think long and hard if we are just sore that the party is over and no one wants to be responsible for the mess. Is Bush part of the problem or (just maybe) getting the bad rap for trying to put some order back in a halfway house.
Enough said.
Would I want to become president? Evil can only exist if good men and/or women do nothing. Yes, if I was able to do a competent and just job. Probably wouldn't win in today's society. I would insist everyone clean their rooms!!!

I like Bush although there are things about him I dislike I think he has kept everything as stable as he can. Think about it, a few months after he became president we have a hure terrorist act. That would have thrown anyone for a loop. I just thank God that it wasn't Kerry in office or we would all probably all be dead.
No to the second part. I would never want the responsibility of being president nor do I think a female president would be the best idea. Usually I am all for equal rights among men and women but I really don't feel that a woman would be up to the challenge. Plus I think there is a good chance a women president would be assasinated. And we do NOT need another Clinton in office. the thought makes my skin crawl.

I think Bush is an okay president, but then again a woman should be president or at least go for campaign. It would be a start if a female ran for president. It won't matter now if she won or not, but the world would at least know that women do want to be president and we would try anything to succeed. It is every girls dream to be or have a women representing the U.S. Besides we girls have far more smarter brains than men. Just watch Commander and Chief on ABC. She (president or Mac) proves that women are as much capable of being in charge as men. This is my answer. Hope I didn't bore you.

I don't like Bush either and I would rather eat a plate of broken
glass than become President of the United States. No matter
what, those people get blamed for everything whether or not
they're responsible. I've even heard suggestions that Bush was
behind 9/11. That being said,I have no doubt you
would be a better President than him.

I like President Bush very much. He is honest and sincere. He respects the White House. We have been at war since 1979 and didn't know it. He loves the American people especially the troops. He believes in God and does his best to honor the Golden Rule. Laura Bush is one of the best First Ladies we have had. He has overcome a drinking problem and with a mother like his, who could go wrong?
I am 68 years old, much to old for getting into politics.

I do not like or dislike him, I don't know him but I think he has mismanaged the position of the President. I do not want to be President of the U.S. but if I did become President I would assemble the best cabinet available and listen to their ideas and suggestions. This is something I believe President Bush does not do.

I respect President Bush and think he has done a good job considering some of the obstacles he has had to overcome. I would not become the president for any reason.

We do not like him at all, he is very dumb & has no clue what he is doing. He's the worst president we ever have had. Our economy stinks because of him & we are loosing so many people in the war because of him.
If You want to become president some day always remember all of his mistakes & don't make the same ones. I think his brother Jeb & him did something crooked to get him in the second term. Anyone that is for him is as big a idiot as he is !
