I went to go see it in the theatre over Labor Day weekend 2004 with my sister and brother-in-law. Now, it's hard enough to get my sister and I to agree that we liked a movie, so it's well-nigh impossible to get all three of us to agree on something, but...we all roared throughout the movie. My sister added it to their DVD collection, and I can't help but watch it everytime it's on one of the HBO channels. We even have Napoleon Dynamites In Your Pocket (talking keychains with 6 sayings) and I have a Napoleon Dynamite talking figurine (with something like 18 sayings).
Everyone I know loves Napoleon!

The movie was probably cost $200,000 to make and made $44,540,956 in the theaters alone , not including any dvd sales. I think the ones who are laughing are the pepole who made the movie. They are laughing all the way to the bank.

It's one of the greatest movies ever! And take it from someone who grew up in a small town in Utah (not far from Napolean's fictional hometown)...it's VERY REALISTIC!

I really disliked that movie. It's crazy to think that so many things have come from it (T-shirts, saying, etc). Of course, that's just me. I didn't see the point of the movie, but everyone has their own taste.

Ive seen it. I feel that it was a big waste of my time. It was the worst movie I have ever seen.
