I haven't seen these, but if you go to a bank or building society they will be able to tell you if they are worth more than there £2. value. Certain commemorative coins are worth quite a bit if they are in excellent condition and still in the original package they came in. Hope this is of some help.

Personally, I wouldn't pay more than two pounds for a two pounds coin. What would be the point in that?!

I don't think they are worth anymore than the others. I have had loads, in fact I have six of them in my pocket now, which I got in my change this lunchtime.

I suggest you inquire at the bank. You can try several banks and find out what they all know. And if you find out can you let me know? :-) I have some from the last time I visited UK.
