I would look at the both of them and their body language. If my best friend looked really awkward then I'd kiss the jock. If the jock looked like he didn't want to kiss, I'd kiss the friend. Depends on the expression on their faces when it lands on them.
But if they both looked happy about it...I'd kiss the Jock. : D
