You *cannot* get an accurate pregnancy test less than 8 days after ovulation (somewhere between 4 and 8 days before the first day of your missed period), and often not until a week *after* you miss your period.

You can get the first response pregnancy test that will tell you Five days before her missed period or you could wait until she is about 2 weeks late and take one then. That way, if the HCG levels in her system are very low, then waiting a couple of weeks will ensure a much easier to read positive instead of possibly showing a false negative. It is always best to wait a week or so after your period was supposed to be due to take it so you don't run into that problem.

That is so cute. "We are pregnant." You must be a devoted husband. Anyway, the earliest that an over the counter pregnancy test can be taken and results correctly is 5 days before your wife's next period is due. Try EPT or First Response, I hear they are the best. If you go to a doctor and get a blood test done, it can be taken 7 to 8 days after fertilization. Good luck!

First response Pregnancy test can tell about 4-5 days before actually missing her period. Or about 6-7 days after conception you can take a blood test at the Doctors. Either or.Good Luck!

You can try right away, or wait two days. There is a new test on the shelves that gives you results faster. Not sure which one it is but check it out. Also, set up an appointment with your doctor, that will give you some time to pass, and you will know for sure. My wife took her test the first day she had symptoms, and missed her period. The test came up negative, so we through it in the trash, but later that afternoon the test strip showed positive. So we retested and sure enough positive. Good luck.

Have her take First Response Pregnancy Test, it can determine if you are pregnant 5 days before your first missed period. So answer 5 days before she is due for her period. Id say wait a day or 2 after the missed period though. Good luck!

You can take one as soon as 3 days before her missed period...but if it comes back negative I would wait a week and take another one because the pregnancy hormone (hCG) may not be high enough yet....

10 days at least after suspected date of conception, better to wait 14 days or until at least the first day of a missed period.
Good luck!
