I have a stomach ache almost every day but I never throw up... sometimes I have cramps, sometimes I feel nauseous, sometimes it's lower than my stomach. It's different almost every time! It's not that I don't eat or sleep enough. It just is always there! What can I do?

I get a stomach ache at least every week and I always have to watch what I eat whenever I am out and sometimes that doesn't even help. I'm considering having it checked out but in your case I would definitely see a doctor.

try eating the same time every day and see if that helps
maybe you need to try a stool softner or laxative
if all else fails, consult a physician
