England strenghts are Ronnie and Beckham. It's very difficult to tell who will win, but overall, Brazil has the best individual players in the world, so if they play their best, England will not have a chance...

I would compare this match-up to the Heat vs. Pistons. England plays great defense, but sometimes has trouble scoring, like the Pistons. Brazil has an unstoppable, up-tempo offense, but also a smothering defense, like the Heat. If Brazil and England were to play 10 matches I would pick Brazil to win 6, England to win 2, and there would be 2 draws. Can England win? Sure. But they will have find an answer to the Brazilian attack led by Ronaldo. Also, Rooney and Beckham will both have to play superb games. If this game is tied at halftime I would give England the nod. However, it won't be this way. If they were to play eachother Brazil would score a goal in each half and Dida would have yet another clean slate. Final Score (if they play eachother): Brazil 2, England 0.

I don't know, Brazil and England both seems to be saving their best for when it's needed, I'm sure it will be a very tough match.
Argentina had to play extremely well to satisfy their demanding fans, since their disapointing last WC surprised them.
Germany also had to prove they were here to win, since nobody believed in them before the cup.
Now England and Brazil... hmmm... both came to the tournament as favourites and thinking about 7 games, not "getting as far as possible", so unlike most teams they haven't given their best yet, they know the hardest games comes later.
So I think it will be a close game, with both teams going for the win, even though I think England will play a defensive role to avoid counter-attacks, and because that's how all teams play against Brazil.

Yes England has a chance. Everyone in the top 8 has a chance. No offense to Brazil, but only God know how they got this far.

No way. If England almost lost to Ecuador then they will have no chance. The Brazilians would have scored that goal that Tenorio put off the cross bar early in the game.

yes they would but its little...if they want to win David Beckham, Wayne Rooney, Ashley Cole, Joe Cole, and Steven Gerrard better step up their game (big time) cause thats the only way they have a big chance to win
