HELP!

I like a boy right, i called him and told him i liked him, but when he asked who this was he didn't hear me correctly... and i asked him if he liked me and he said no? so do you think he there is a chance he may like me? And then later he called and my mom answered the phone and he didn't talk and since my friend was spending the night that day she was there and she picked it up when my mom gave it to her, and then he said "Umm, is Cody there?" and like i have no one in my family called Cody and but he has a BFF called Cody...did he make that excuse to talk to me and he chickened out?...and does he have Caller Id???? Help...

He may have dialed the wrong number...I do that sometimes. Seems unlikely if Cody is a good friend that he would forget the number though. Maybe he was confused when your mom answered the phone, expecting that it was you. I think he made it clear that he does not like you...but things change. Spend some time with him and he will get to know you. Something could develop.

If you don't want him to see your number on caller ID, dial *67 before you put in his phone number, and it will block it.

If he didn't hear you correctly when you said who it was, then maybe he was just curious to see who had called him and called you back...but in the process of calling decided that this was a waste of time in trying to figure out the caller and hung up. He might have caller id or went through the memory on his phone.

I honestly don't know if he likes you. But there is a possibility...

First, how do you know he "didn't hear you correctly?" Why do you assume that? Perhaps that is wishful thinking. I'm assuming you are both teenagers, so at that age boys are very shy about admitting whether they like someone for fear of rejection. He may have said "no" even if he did like you, just because boys do that....

The best thing to do is clear the air. Talk to him face to face, and gauge his reactions to your words...his body language and facial expressions. If he looks you in the eye...whether he is smiling or laughing....You will know if he likes you face to face. Good luck...

hm, well I think he may like you. I think he could have just got scared adn asked for another friend because he was hoping you'd answer but when you didnt he just played it off as a mistake. Dont worry about it, im sure if he likes you he'll try to see how you feel too.

ok, you just have to try, he's prolly shy b/c he really likes you, alot of guys do that...believe me. just keep in there and call him, just talk to him about anything that you both may like or something that you both dislike...i bet you can get him to talk. and acctually you should tell him that you like him, it shows character. i know its really nerve racking but if he likes you he will definetly show it.
