Some authentic pagans will agree they do love devils, and will not religion nor worship. Worship is authentically utter respect, not reverence of sacred nature or some. Many people do not respect religion or others around, it dont have to be wrong or right just because some others will say so. Religion could have been around choices and learn, not experience and praise, you know? Young people can assure respect, experience and praise are of importance, it dont make it for good or better. Capisce. Expanding the mind and earning some senses devil is not of bad intention and chocolate is not favorite just because. Enthusiasm and courage prove nothing, smart folks can mess it probably, they themselves wil say it. People will worship the devil because some call themselves devil out of fun or thrills, and I can tell true devils do deserve love, perhaps even worship if they think they do. Having fun and kin more truth is encountered on this subject. On our earth some accounters of mistery worship who they call the devil because it is indeed an adventure and a dramatic experience. Common sense does help, listen to it, you will not make a mistake on that account.
On another standpoint I believe a devil is a true rascal, somebody who is smart and evolved, and is not perfected enough as to be called a little sweetie by his or her daddy. Bye.

There are people that worship the devil, but just like in christianity there are different beliefs depending on the religion. Some believe that the Christian god was actually the bad angel and that he cast the good one to hell, there are those that are satanists but do not actually worship satan, they follow the guidelines of satan. It's a completed question, really.

Second, to Patricia (above) witches do not workship the devil, do a little research before you start answering questions. This is supposed to be factual answers not your subjective religious retarded beliefs. Witches do not believe in ONE god, like self limiting christians, they believe that god is infinite, in everything, and there is a balance to everything in the world, yin and yang if you would like to call it that. In everything that is good, there is bad. Look at nature, it's beautiful but then things like Hurricane Katrina happen, do you see the good and the bad in that? Well 'witches' or as they are more modernly called 'pagans' or 'neo-pagans' believe that both exist and one can not without the other cause it's the world of great balance. They do not worship either, more then appreciate the balance.

So Patricia get your facts straight before you start diluting the world with your false subjective crap!

As a neo-pagan, I know there are plenty of people who believe *I* do! =)

Since I've most often seen the idea of "the devil" used to refer to any entity that opposes (or in some cases, simply isn't) the entity you've chosen to revere, I'd have to say that the answer is both yes and no. There are people out there who worship something *YOU* might believe is the devil, but for them, it's their god, and YOUR god is "the devil".

For example, I've read "The Satanic Bible", and the message I got from it was "Let's do everything the exact same way the Christian Church does [ref: the claimed need for psychodrama to create religious experience], but stick Satan in there instead of Jesus, and go do the opposite of everything Jesus said to do, and that will make us enlightened. Yay!" So for them, Jesus is the devil, and they don't worship Jesus - therefore they don't worship their devil. They worship Satan, which is someone *else's* devil.

I do believe people worship the devil but I also believe that they are wrong in doing so. The only way to get to heaven is to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and turn from your wicked ways. Those who worship the devil are just looking for something to believe in so why not believe in the Truth - JESUS the Son of God!!!!!

I believe that people are always looking for ways to express their beliefs. Some choose to worship God, who is generally viewed as good. Others choose to worship evil. If they believe the Devil will save them, then who am I to stand in the way?

Why not believe this? if people can worship Gods of evey kind , it is not hard to believe that people can and do whorship the devil. it is all in the balance, if there is a God to belive in then there is a devil to believe in.Both entities represent power, Satan does not require a person to follow moral rules and regulations in order to serve him. Therefore a person can do his bidding with the belief he will come out on top.

You know...some people actually do worship the devil, if not the devil himself, then something of that caliber. They may not think that worshipping something good is for them. So, they choose to follow the bad....

Of course people worship the Devil. Television glamourizes what the devil can do for you so they think it is cool. Also people expect God to answer their request on their time and not his so they turn to something else when they think God does not listen.
